Sara has been practicing yoga for more than 16 years and is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher.
She holds a PhD from the Faculty of History of Dance and Theater at the University of Bologna.
Sara has worked as a dancer, choreographer and dance and yoga teacher since 2005 and specialises in Precision & flow Yoga.

Johanna is a passionate Yoga teacher, Surfer and Thai massage therapist. She practises Yoga for nearly 2 decades and has been working as a certified Yoga teacher & Thai Massage Therapist since 2015 in Portugal and France.
She teaches Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Laughter Yoga. Her speciality is 5 Elements Yoga according to Ayurveda & Traditional Chinese Medicine and Myofascia self-care & Massage.
Johanna loves to be outdoors on her yoga mat, for a walk, surf. She also enjoys gardening and is totally into sustainability, permaculture and herbal medicine.

Irene discovered the practice of yoga in 2010, whilst studying Marine Biology at university. Since noticing the profoundly beneficial effects it had on her everyday life, she has continued to practise with enthusiasm and passion.
Her teaching journey began somewhat unexpectedly, with a group of encouraging friends asking her to guide their practice together. Those experiences had made her realise that teaching can be a natural and joyful way to share knowledge.
In 2019, she attended a teacher training course, in Lisbon, with AETO-Associação Europeia de Terapias Orientais, and she is now a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200).
She is keen to guide and assist her students, and believes we are all on the same path of human evolution, continuingly learning from each other, and using yoga as the perfect tool to enjoy lives filled with happiness, fulfilment and gratitude.
Isabel c. macedo
Isabel went to her first Yoga class when she was 16 years old and the practice always found a way into her life until she decided in 2015 to embarque on 250h Yoga teacher training with Yoga Alliance. Two years later she discovered and fell in love with Yin Yoga and decided to qualify as a Yin Yoga teacher.
Isabel has a background in acting and dance so she teaches with an inclusive approach that Yoga is for every body as each person has their own unique body anatomy and personal history.
Through the practice of Yoga and Meditation, Isabel shares the joy of self inquiry and exploration of a deeper awareness and acceptance within ourselves.

Martina is a passionate yoga practitioner and teacher. She believes that yoga is a tool that can improve our life on all different levels by cultivating awareness and presence.
She loves to share this art with others not only on the mat but also in everyday life.
Martina specialises in Tao Tantra, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
