Join Martina for yoga on Saturday mornings (the first three of each month only) in front of the spectacular vista of the Atlantic Ocean.
Welcome the sounds of nature to your practice, as you move, breathe and relax with intention. Create this calming morning ritual for yourself and grow in community with likeminded people as you can visit the next door cafe for refreshments after your practice to mingle, connect and nourish yourself. (Visiting the cafe is optional.)
Please bring your own yoga mat.
If you need to rent a mat its 2EUR, please contact Martina for rental.
