Selina Secret Garden Lisbon is a heaven for nomads, travelers, and explorers redefining what it means to travel, work, and explore.
It is a Hostel that offers co-working spaces and has a spacious rooftop in Chiado, the city centre of Lisbon. We offer outdoor classes on the Rooftop terrace and there is an indoor option for rainy days.

Sara proposes a dynamic style, based on the principles of the anatomical alignment of the body, where breathing guides and enriches each posture. Progressive sequences of Asanas, alignment, breathing, awareness and clarity are key elements in using body intelligence with benefits for each practitioner. She’s studied many different styles of yoga and body techniques, and she draws on those styles as inspiration. They have all taught her how to think deeply about the body and to allow for its own intelligence to flourish.

Please bring your own mat and some water.
