Start your day with a Yoga class and a spectacular view over Lisbon, followed by a delicious Brunch at NH Collection Liberdade Hotel.
Get to know like-minded people in the city and enjoy the beautiful lookout over the Tejo river and the city center of Lisbon.
Please note: In case of rain our Yoga classes are held indoors at Saramago room on the 10th floor - with a Roof above and a beautiful view.
Atico Rooftop is located on the top floor of NH Collection Liberdade Hotel and boosts an amazing view that goes from the Botanical Garden to Torel Garden all the way down to the Tejo river.
We start our Yoga class with a short meditation to center our focus before we move through a series of Yoga postures to limber up the whole body. The class is suited for all levels (including Beginners). We will transition mindfully into Yoga poses by using our breath and experience the positive effects on our body and mind. We finish with a deep relaxation to integrate all the benefits. Mats are provided, just bring your beautiful self.
Enjoy a delicious Brunch after your Yoga class. The Hotel provides a delicious breakfast buffet with a great selection of local produce, Iberian specialities, fresh juices, a variety of fruit, smoothies and everything your heart desires. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.

How to find ATICO ROOFTOP / NH COLLECTION LIBERDADE
Address: NH COLLECTION LIBERDADE, Avenida da Liberdade 180 B, 1250-146 Lisboa
NH Collection Liberdade is located in the ground floor of Tivoli Shopping centre, only a short walk from Avenida Metro station (blue line). Exit the Metro station at AVENIDA towards your right and cross the street to Tivoli Forum. You will see the entrance of NH Collection Avenida when you walk inside the forum.
In Winter: Enter the Hotel and take the elevator up to the 10th floor (Saramago). As you step out of the elevator turn right, the Yoga room is located at the end of the hallway.
In Summer: take the elevator up to 11th floor, when you step out of the elevator turn right, you will see a swimming pool - walk to your right towards Atico Bar. We will have our Yoga class on the spacious deck, overlooking the city.
