Welcome the morning sun on your mat and start your day feeling more energized with a clearer and calmer mind. We start each class with tuning in, connecting to our body and breath, continue with a gentle warm-up and move through a series of asanas to awaken your body and balance your mind. And if you fancy a drink afterwards you can get one in the rooftop bar with 10% discount.
