Join for a Yoga class with Irene in Jardim Arco do Cego, situated next to Saldanha Metro Station. The park offers lush surroundings where we can dive into our practice and reconnect with our inner nature.
Your teacher proposes a Hatha Yoga style class, based on the principles of the anatomical alignment of the body, where breathing guides and enriches each posture. Alignment, breathing, awareness and clarity are key elements in using body intelligence with benefits for each practitioner.

How to find us
The park is easy to access by the metro. Get off at the stop Saldanha (yellow and red line), Alameda (green line) or São Sebastião (blue line). The meeting point is on the entrance from the Avenida Duque de Ávila.
